When You Visit Our Web Site
When you connect to our Web site, Data Doctors' Web servers use non-persistent cookies to collect your IP address. Non-persistent cookies do not reveal your identity, they simply enable us to maintain custom settings and keep information about the location nearest you and it's contact info available while you browse. The non-persistent cookie is temporarily stored to memory and is automatically discarded when you end your browser session.
When You Visit Our Stores
When you visit one of our locations we may collect personal as well as computer and peripheral usage information in order to be able to recommend appropriate services and products to you. This information is stored in a secure password protected environment and is made available to people within the organization only where and when necessary in order for them to properly carry out their job. When you choose to do business with us in our location, we may create backups of your critical data utilizing industry standard practices in order to protect that data during the course of service. While we carry no liability for lost data, we believe this puts you in the best possible position to ensure that your data is available should something occur during the course of service that would render your data damaged or missing. These backups are removed from our systems shortly after service has been completed, generally within two weeks. If you wish to decline our regular backups, simply let a store representative know.

Your email address may be added to our distribution list. This list is not provided to any third party companies and we will go to great lengths to protect its privacy. When You Choose to Receive Email From Us
From time to time you may receive e-mailed information about our products, promotions, and services. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We are the sole owner of all information collected at this site, and you have our pledge that we will not sell, share nor rent this information to others in any way without your explicit permission. When You Request a Login Name
Some sections of our website may require a valid username and/or password to gain access. When You Leave Our Site

Data Doctors strongly encourages parents of young Web users to play an active role in their children's online activity.
